Shipping Times
All orders take about 1-3 working days to process before shipping. Please take note that made to order items will take longer. An estimate is shown on each product page.

Generally, made to order items take around 5-7 working days to make. Items with resin can take up to 14 days to make and made to order items in silver or gold can take significantly longer depending whether they are required by law to be sent away to get hallmarked first.

UK
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You should receive your order within 3 days of getting your shipping email.

EU
Tracked shipping takes around 5-7 working days, however sometimes it can take longer. Please wait 14 days after your shipping email before contacting us about your order.

The Rest of the World
Estimated tracked delivery is 5-7 days but it usually takes longer due to parcels having to go through customs. Please wait 21 days after your shipping email before asking about potentially lost orders.

Possible extra charges for orders outside of the UK
Import taxes and duties may be charged to you when your order arrives depending on your country's custom policies. Please look at your country's import fees and taxes to avoid any surprises.
